Laura Coster (Founder)
After starting my career in the NHS, I grew my passion to help as many people with their health across the globe as possible. I then started to also work with charities, food manufacturers, company wellbeing officers, and international companies to deliver nutrition advice.
I am fascinated by how our mindset, eating, and biology all combine to create our wellbeing. Everyone deserves optimal health and I strive to help every client or company I advise to achieve this.
My main clinical areas are gut health, eating disorders, diabetes, and cancer care. I love working with the media and on various projects outside of my 1-to-1 sessions.
While fully booked for 1-to-1 appointments, I am available for:
– Brand work i.e. nutrition consulting & ambassador opportunities
– Media work e.g. interviews & podcasts
– Menu design & analysis
– Presentations & workshops
– Research (e.g. clinical and marketing)
– Cancer care
– Diabetes (type 1, 2, and others)
– Eating disorders and disordered eating
– Gut health e.g. IBD, IBS, GORD and others
